We hereby inform you that, according to the current state of the following liquidation procedures, the debtor's assets are not even sufficient to cover the expected liquidation costs, and/or due to the lack of records and/or bookkeeping, the liquidation procedure cannot be technically carried out according to the general rules, therefore the Cstv. 63/B. We wish to submit a request for a simplified liquidation to the court based on § (1).

If you have reliable knowledge of the debtor's assets that can be found anywhere (real estate or other assets, including claims and property rights), or if you can provide assistance in conducting the procedure according to the normal rules, please report it within 15 days to the liquidator.
